Pat Griffin Realty is a niche company catering to local home buyers and sellers, commercial investors and businesses, while still addressing the needs of the community as a whole.
RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE:
Pat Griffin Realty has been in business for over 45 years, serving Pearland, Bay Area, Southeast Houston, Friendswood, and many other surrounding cities. The years of experience through the sales staff and broker are too numerous to count!
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
PGR engages in many property management operations consisting of residential and commercial properties.
We have managed strip centers, rent houses, and office spaces as well as international accounts.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
Our Realtors are actively involved in our communities. We promote volunteering, community involvement and participate in local organizations as much as we can. We also sponsor many local charities and youth sports. A Broker or Associate has sat on essentially every real estate board in the state of Texas. Becky Cornelius, the Broker/Owner of Pat Griffin Realty was voted Pearland’s Citizen of the Year in 2003 and in 1994-95’ Clean Pearland voted Pat Griffin Realty as Business of the Year!
BRIEF HISTORY:
Becky Cornelius opened PGR with her mother, Pat Griffin in 1975 as a sales agent. Partnering in 1982 and then becoming sole owner in 1992, Becky has been active in sales the entire time.

Pat Griffin Realty continues to grow and strive through our desire to meet customer needs. As the market grows and changes… we adapt. We are constantly implementing new and creative strategies to meet the demands of today's real estate market.
