I opened the doors of this company with my mom, Pat Griffin in 1975 as a sales agent. Partnering in 1982 and then becoming sole owner in 1992, I have been in active sales the entire time. I have the distinguished honor of having served as president and director of our local board, member of the year, state director, Womens’ Council President, other local and state committees and offices, and most recently Citizen of the Year for the city of Pearland, Texas.

I enjoy my work and take pride in the exceptional service I provide for my clientele. I try to maintain a continuous and consistent relationship with my clients while ever-increasing my education and knowledge in the real estate industry.

Chris Lesak

Chris Lesak has been with Pat Griffin Realty, Inc. for three years. Chris has a very in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry.

He has experience with land surveying, mortgage consulting, property management, and property rehabilitation. All this gives a broad range of knowledge helping to ensure that his clients receive the very best results.

Chris engages in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management.

Jeanie Lampard

Jeanie Lampard has been with Pat Griffin Realty for 28 years. Of those 28 years, 16 have been as office manager. Jeanie has been a resident of the Southbelt Houston area for 32 years. Jeanie has the experience and market knowledge to smoothly guide her clients through any real estate transaction. She specializes in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management.

Laurie Burkett

Laurie Burkett has been a realtor since 1977, working in the Friendswood and Pearland area. She has been with Pat Griffin Realty for the last 15 years. She is very knowledgeable about this area, living in the Friendswood and Pearland area since 1957.

Laurie loves to work with people and thoroughly enjoys building a friendly rapport with her clients. This is why many of her clients call upon her again to be their realtor or refer their friends to her.

Amy Crowder

I have just started my real estate career!!! I am a Dobie High School Art teacher and a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Fine Art and Studio Art. I enjoy people and am looking forward to helping them locate their dream home.

Danielle Robinson

Danielle Robinson is new to the Pat Griffin team. Prior to real estate she attended Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where she studied Business Law. After moving to Texas she jumped into the sales industry and also opened an offshore catering business with her husband and brother-in-law.

Danielle is a hard-working individual and you can really count on her to give you loyalty, compassion, and respect when she is dealing with your real estate transaction. She pays close attention to detail, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Danielle is active in all types of real estate; there is no job too big or small when it comes to her and her clients goals!

Amanda Cornelius

As the granddaughter of Pat Griffin and the daughter of Becky Cornelius, I have had the great pleasure of being raised in the real estate community. I received my formal real estate education along with first- hand knowledge and hands-on experience from some of our top producers in this area! I have gained a lot of knowledge from working along side my mother, grandmother, and aunt, as well as working with the other agents in our office.

In 2006, I worked as a real estate sales assistant for a new home sales company in Carrolton, Virginia. I learned a lot about new home sales and became very familiar with the whole process. Having worked in two completely different spectrums of real estate, new homes and re-sales, I feel great confidence in assisting clients with choices in their decision making process.
