Pat Griffin Realty has been in business for over 30 years, serving Pearland, Bay Area, Southeast Houston, and the Friendswood areas. The Brokers at Pat Griffin Realty have over 60 years of combined real estate experience, in addition to the numerous years of experience through the sales staff.
Commercial Real Estate
Pat Griffin Realty engages in many property management operations consisting of residential and commercial properties.
We manage strip centers and office space as well as international accounts. Due to the management aspect of the company, Pat Griffin Realty handles a good portion of Pearland's leasing and rental market, while at the same time keeping a large focus on the sales aspect of the business.
Community Involvement
Everyone is actively involved in the community through local churches and organizations. A Broker or Associate has sat on essentially every board for real estate affairs in the state of Texas, too numerous to name. And in 2003, the Broker/Owner of Pat Griffin Realty was voted Pearland's Citizen of the Year.

Brief History
Becky Cornelius, the Broker/Owner of Pat Griffin Realty opened the doors of Pat Griffin Realty with her mother, Pat Griffin in 1975 as a sales agent. Partnering in 1982 and then becoming sole owner in 1992, Becky has been active in sales the entire time.
Growing and Adapting
The company as a whole continues to grow and strive through its desire to meet customer demands in the market place. As the market grows and changes we adapt. We are increasingly implementing new and creative strategies to meet demand. As technologies change we embrace them in a way to make business more efficient and satisfy client's needs.
